How do I sign my child up to be a member?

Visit our Parent Portal! Purchase a Dubois County Club Membership and register them for After School.

How much does it cost to go to the Club?

An annual Club Membership is $30. Your child can attend After School for free with an active Membership. If cost is ever a barrier to your child participating, please apply for financial assistance as we provide scholarships!

How do I apply for financial assistance/scholarships?

You can come into the Club to fill out a form in-person or fill it out online here

I cannot see what I need to register for in the Parent Portal. How do I fix it?

The most common issue is your location is not set on "All Locations". Check the top left of your screen to fix this issue. If you still cannot see what you are looking for, contact the Club for assistance.

How old does my child have to be to attend the Club?

For After School Programs, children must be in at least Kindergarten.

Do I need to live in Dubois County for my children to participate at the Club?

No! All are welcome to join the fun!

Members:

What are After School hours?

After School is open from school release (about 2:45PM) until 6PM.

What will my child be doing at the Club?

If your child is attending After School, they will be participating in a variety of activities. Our programming includes STEM, Arts & Crafts, Cooking Club, Games, Gym Activities, Homework Help, and more!

Do you provide snacks or meals?

We serve a snack each day during After School. Members are welcome to bring their own snacks/meals if they have food allergies or preferences.

Are you open during the school breaks or holidays?

We close for holidays and breaks observed by the local schools. If we need to close for additional days, we announce them as soon as possible to provide guardians a chance to make other plans.

What should my child leave at home when coming to the Club?

It is best to leave toys and personal items at home as the chances of things getting lost or broken is high with so many children present. Cell phones should be left at home or members will be asked to leave in their backpack. Members are welcome to bring water bottles and snacks which will be stored in their backpacks/bags in a designated location and monitored by staff
